1:1 RECONNECT YOGA THERAPY

Yoga is a complete science of life and it is the oldest system of personal development in the world, encompassing body, mind and spirit. Yoga teach us a profound understanding of human's essential nature and of what we need to live in harmony with ourselves and our environment. Creating an interrelationship between body and mind, formulating a unique method for maintaining this balance - a method that combines all the movements for physical health with the breathing and meditation techniques that ensure peace of mind.

Reconnect Yoga Healing is a healing practice that works with the 8 Limbs of Yoga to help you reconnect with the higher self and the higher consciousness, You will experience the best version of YOU by embracing: love, self-love, inner light, confidence, compassion, joy, belief and faith, inner happiness, and freedom while you move your physical body through the asanas (yoga poses). 

Each Reconnect Yoga Healing  session starts as a conversation to understand how is all your 5 Koshas, we can also call 5 bodies are. AnnamayaKosha (physical body), PranamayaKosha (energy body), ManomayaKosha (emotional body), VignanamayaKosha (mind body), AnandamayaKosha (spiritual body) so the instructor can see all your needs on that session. 

The instructor leads you into a Yoga practice based on the 8 Limps of Yoga to cultivate a bliss state where there is no attachment to ego, or anything and the mind is steady, and to bring balance to you as a whole.  The tools used, or the 8 Limps are:

  • Dhyana (meditation)

  • Pranayama (breath work)

  • Dharana (concentration)

  • Samadhi (being happy)

  • Pratyahara (self knowledge)

  • Asana (poses)

  • Niyamas (personal observances)

  • Yama (Ethical observances).

The sessions last one hour and can be hold online on Zoom or in person.
